"Hills Like White Elephants" by Ernest Hemingway

Confusing....This story gave me a headache. I didn't know what they were talking about and why they were arguing. It was about a couple that were on their way to go to Barcelona, Spain for something. First they would talk about the hills and the view of the horizon, then about their problem didn't know what it was, then about the drinks they were having. I was so lost until I found out their problem was having and abortion. When i found that out my head got fill with air. This story was like a puzzle. The guy in the story was a jerk because if he says he loves her than why would he push her to loose the unborn baby. What kind of love is that? And the girl is so slow and weak she noticed her was a jerk so late and she couldn't even tell him how she really felt. That got me more upset. This short story was annoying and so is Ernest Hemingway. He make people have headache on purpose. He really had problems. But the funny thing is that I write stories sore of like him (childish and to the point).
