Phoenix Jackson was the protagonist in the story "A Worn Path". She was very hard working African American woman that wanted to get a medicine for her grandson who was sick. So she went off to get this medicine like in the other side of there world. So she met people on the way that were some what help yet very rude to her. They would call her "grandma", treat her as if she wasn't capable to do anything and trying to scare her off. but she was strong and kept going and got what she wanted. I didn't like this story at all. I don't care if it won the Pulitzer Prize of Literature to me it was really boring. people go through what Phoenix went though. and this story just shows how to stand up for yourself but it needed more action like someone stole something and blamed Phoenix and she got out of it or something fun and chilling. It wasn't great.

Be careful not to use plot summary as filler. Your analysis didn't come until the end and then it was short and mostly what you wanted the story to be. Next try to be more analytical about the story.
